The West Indies have climbed one place  to number 9 in the  latest the International Cricket Council (ICC) 20/20 rankings but are behind Bangladesh who made the biggest move to number 6 in their very first  time among the rankings.The West Indies have inched up after beating New Zealand 2nil in their recent twenty/20  series.Bangladesh's jump to number 6  also puts them ahead of New Zealand at 7 and India  at 8 and the improvement comes following their  one run win over Ireland on Friday to take 2 nil lead in their series. Interestingly Bangladesh could move up to number 4 in the world if they sweep Ireland 4nil in their series. According to the ICC rules, only teams that have played at least eight twenty/20 international in the period starting at august 2009 to date will get a ranking.
