Although the island experienced rainfall on the weekend due to Tropical Storm Ernesto sections of the Corporate Area will continue to experience water restrictions as there's still no improvement in levels at major catchment facilities.
The National Water Commission, NWC, which temporarily lifted restrictions on the weekend in preparation for the Tropical Storm has since reimposed them.
NWC's Corporate Public Relations Manager, Charles Buchanan, says water levels at the Mona Reservoir and Hermitage Dam continue to fall.
