Tourism Minister Dr. Wykeham McNeil is in Spain attending the 93rd Session of  the Executive Council of  the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), on which Jamaica currently serves.  
The meeting is being held from today until Wednesday.
The Council will consider the third draft of  the White Paper on the reform of  the UNWTO.
The process seeks to make the organization more relevant and efficient in addressing current and future tourism and global development challenges.
