Salada Foods Jamaica has unveiled an acquisition plan.
The company has advised the Jamaica Stock Exchange that it has entered into an agreement to acquire certain assets of Roberts Products Company Limited.
They include freehold property and trademarks.
A new subsidiary, Mountain Peak Processors, has been formed as the vehicle through which the acquisition will take place.
