The international cricket council, the ICC is a step closer to introducing bio-mechanical testing for bowlers with suspect delivery actions in match conditions.
The ICC and the MCC, the traditional custodian of the game, has commissioned the development of technology which can be worn during matches by bowlers who have been reported for suspect bowling actions.
Bowlers who competed in the under-19 world cup have tested the technology and the ICC say the second stage of the three-phase project will conclude late next year .
