Former President and CEO of Cable and Wireless Jamaica, Gary Barrow, has joined the Jamaica Public Service Company, JPS, as Senior Vice President for Customer Operations and Support Services.     Mr Barrow will take up the post as of September 3.       The new role will see Mr Barrow having overall responsibility for transmission, distribution and the company's parish operations.       JPS President and CEO Kelly Tomblin said Mr Barrow will help to lead the JPS' operations and culture.      
 Mr Barrow was formerly President of Cable and Wireless for three years and departed that company in 2005.
