The mutilated body of 17-year-old Richard Armstrong of a Somerton, St. James address, was found yesterday in Sandy Bay, Hanover yesterday morning.
Police say they noticed drag marks leading to an open lot where his body was found.
The police are yet to establish a motive for the killing.
